The Company also offers expertise in allied contracting activities such as electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting and industrial projects, in order to offer turnkey solutions, apart from execution of specialised industrial projects.

After an early career at Blue Star Ltd for nearly three years, Mr. Vijay Kumar Reddy co-founded the Select Group in FY1996. Today, the group encompasses diversified business entities across HVAC dealerships, passenger automobiles, HVAC infrastructure engineering, system integration services, and telecom & office automation solutions.
With over 25+ years of proven industry experience, he has played a pivotal role in establishing successful retail dealerships, engineering ventures, distribution networks, civic infrastructure projects, and IT & office infrastructure system integration businesses.

Mr. Rama Mohana Rao began his professional journey at Blue Star Ltd before co-founding the Select Group alongside Mr. Vijay Kumar Reddy. He has been instrumental in building and scaling diversified business verticals across HVAC, automobiles, infrastructure engineering, and IT solutions.
His expertise spans retail dealership development, engineering execution, distribution, civic infrastructure constructions, and enterprise system integration, backed by 25+ years of leadership experience.
